I... this is gonna sound so weird and stupid, but oh well: I just started to listen to music again.

I realized that during the last year, somewhere along the way, I had completely stopped listening to music. Some might wonder how I could, but I think it has something to do with being depressed. I mean, I listen to audiobooks allll the time. But I had not listened to music in months, maybe even over a year. I had no urge to do so, so I didn't. But, last week I put on my iTunes and made a list of "dancemusic", "Soundtracks" and one with "ballads". And I almost cried while listening to one of my favourite songs, omg it felt so good to hear it again!

... While making this picture, I had my "ballads" list on. And I really think it shows. Actually, after starting to listen to music again, I have begun to wonder if I've been painting so little just because I haven't been listening to music. Music makes so many emotions and without emotions there really is very little inspiration and so, no art.
But now there is, art and music! I've finished 4 paintings this last week. And been listening to music. Hehe-he... ^^;

Happy Friends day

Valentine's day is translated "Ystävänpäivä" in Finnish, which makes it Friends day. I think this translation has changed the whole meaning of the day here. We celebrate it, not with our partners alone, but with everyone who are special and dear to us, our friends.
We buy gifts for friends and family or eat all together. Of course lovers wish happy friends day for each other too and can make up special plans, but that's just one way to celebrate it.

I like this way a lot more. The original valentines day makes you feel lonely if you're a single, and that's not at all nice. It's much nicer to celebrate all together. ^_^

Lately I've become sort of a hermit. I spend a lot of time alone, doing stuff just by myself. But I still think about my friends, they are dear to me and I miss them badly. Time spent with friends is always a cheer up, a happy moment. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ So Happy friends day for everyone. ^__^

I painted porn! AAAAAAAAAAH! Isn't it fun! ;P
It's a straight couple, because we were talking about drawing porn with Ktiraam (haha) and I realized that I have NEVER drawn a picture of my oldest characters, this couple: Salvador and Danayala.

They've been with me ever since 2001. 11 years. and their story, that I wrote 10 years ago we flaming hot, so I should be spanked for not drawing any smexing between them before. But here there are.
There are both elves, though Salvador is a vampire elf, the greatgreatgreatgrandson of Shaya (gasp!). Danayala is a sun elf with a touch of golden dragon blood... she's a blacksmith and a very tough woman. They go together perfectly that way, tiihii. ^_^
Oh yeah and when I finally get the next chapter of Pain and Pleasure out of my freaking mind, you'll meet Salvador there too. ;D

We made a "sort-of-new-years-resolution" with my friend Ktiraam.
We're gonna try and draw some porn.
HAHA! XD

This might sound really weird. But the background story is this: We both used to draw all sort of really hot, heated and juicy pictures... before. But last year something happened and we "dried out". =( No more porn, none, not one hot, steaming image. We're both devastated and really confused.
So, to make things better, we agreed we're gonna try to draw some porn. =P

So far, no luck. All I've drawn are landscaped, politics and women... with clothes on. Damn!
But we're trying our best, wish us luck because you'll be the first to see the images if we manage to make them. ;P

I've been drawing a little. I wish I'll get this one drawing at least ready for christmas. What would you like to see? I already have some Sajore & Xir'ag goodness and some female beauty. And I promised at y!gallery to draw some Naruto & Sasuke... but... whaaat.
Well, I actually have this one idea, but I can't draw it! I mean, I've tried, twice, but I can't get my idea on to a paper. =/ I want to draw them holding each other, Sasuke holding his hand in front of Naruto's eyes and Naruto holding his finger and Sasuke's mouth. But aaaaagh! XD

And I scanned some fun and weird sketches that I'm gonna post during this month too. And I have one meme too to show. Did you like the comic? (IT'S ALL UP NOW!) =S I've been wanting to post it at y! too, but the site is not working for me, it hasn't for a week. Aaaagh two. =P

Here's something really random, but new. Sort of me, for my new Deviantart ID... just for a while, I'm making a bigger, cooler ID too, but that too, is making me feel very aaaaaahg (3). XD

P & P Spoilers - 1

So, this story has been inside my head for over 10 years. But the difficulty of it, is to get it out. I love to write, but I'm damn slow, and it's difficult to write a story in a language that's not your native language. But still, I want and am going to continue Pain and Pleasure.

And this is one of the ways I am trying to get myself to write more. The following chapters will be a little shorter than the once before, because getting a 30 paged chapter out, takes me months to write, read, re-read and proof-read. ^^;

This entry contains spoilers that will start soon. So if you don't want to get spoiled, skip this next part. It's safe to continue after the end of spoiler mark.

[SPOILER STARTS HERE]
As the story continues, Sajore and co. have returned to Sajore's and Shaya's home country. They soon meet new characters, like my vampire elf Salvador, his brother Muka, the dragons Diar and Llhosan. And Zardra! They are gonna end up helping the dragons, not because they want to, but because they own them for helping Shaya escape so long ago. The same person who kept Shaya a prisoner, has returned to cause havoc and worry to the people of the lands of Gwea.
This "second part" of the story will be a little different because this is the "original story" that I have been planning, designing and drawing for over 10 years. The "first part" of the story, now known simply as "Pain and Pleasure" was a story born from my RP at Lavender eyes and actually it was supposed to be just a little intro to the original story... that is now just beginning.
I've counted that it's gonna take about 400-450 pages to get to the end... that's about 40 chapters. XD So, I wasn't completely truthful, telling that the story is only in my head. I've drawn it out on paper in many different ways. A shortened version that I use to help myself keep up where I'm going and to add little things to the story. It's always expanding. But the ending is quite clear... not gonna spoil that yet.
I cannot wait to write certain parts, but maybe that is one of the reasons that makes the writing so difficult. Those parts are not happening yet. There are many things that I have to write first, and some of them are things that I don't even want to write. Nobody wants to torture or hurt their characters. But it's necessary for the story to go forward. If someone reading this wants to know something about the future of Pain and Pleasure, I am now willing to reveal almost anything, so just ask away if you have any questions. =D
I have posted some images in the original haikii site, and will post them here too, that will be spoilers too, especially conserning Zardra, Yvain and Shaya... yeah, everyone knows they will end up together. Hihihiii ^_^

The other stories

I decided to write an entry about my other original stories, that are not part of the Pain and Pleasure universe. Which brings up a question: should I rename the site. I've been thinking about it a lot. Not only because it contains other stories and art, but also because "pain and pleasure" is the first part of Sajore & Xir'ag's story, and that one is written. When the story finally continues (it is going to continue eventually), it's gonna be the second part, with a brand new name. =)

Here's the whole group, almost. The troll and Santtu are missing.

But to the point, here is a little explanation about the other stories and how they blend together:
WILD LOVE contains my manga "FOUND IN VENEZIA", the under-work manga "LOVE YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL" and a story "GET OVER IT" . These three stories are entwined together by the relationships of the characters. Since all these characters know each other, in one way or another, all the stories are actually one huge story.

FOUND IN VENEZIA -The manga tells a story of a Finnish architect student who travels to Venice and meets the love of his life. We sold this manga story a few years ago in the animecons around Finland. But because we never got to sell it online, most people have not seen this story at all. Which is why I am going to upload the whole thing online soon. =)

LOVE YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL - The manga tells a story of a troll and a finnish boy who meet and... things happen. ;D The old Finnish song "Päivänsäde ja menninkäinen" (a sunray and a goblin) was a great inspiration for the story. I never actually finished this manga, it's still in sketching mode, but I've drawn the characters a lot. And maybe one day I will actually finish the story... or scan the sketches and show them online like that. ^^;

GET OVER IT - The story of Jesse, a man who is so deep in his closet that he suffers every single day for not being able to be himself, and how he was finally dragged out when he fell in love with a man. This story is all written and up at Adultfanfiction for everyone to read. =) It's my first story with not a lot of sex, but a lot of plot. And it's still sort of WIP, because I want to add some little tidbits to the end of it from their future. =)

The history of Pain and Pleasure

History of the site
The first version of the Pain and Pleasure site appeared online under my friend Himeandi's site, Kuroimiko. Then she got into some sort of trouble with her website service provider and the site vanished (not her fault!). She tried to bring it back but never succeeded.
Some years later a friend of mine, Namochan, opened a server and to my great delight and happiness, offered a place on it for my Pain and Pleasure site. It was back! There were some small issues, like me not knowing how to run a site and not knowing how to get a domain address, when I finally wanted one of my own. zardra.com was opened, thanks to Namochan who helped me with all the millions of questions I had. He also fixed several issues on the site that I didn't know how to fix.

When Namochan and his girlfriend Carartra moved out of town, they offered to sell the server containing my zardra.com site to me. And of course I accepted! I was now a real server owner, though I still had no idea how to handle the server itself. My friend Windi came to rescue and fixed the server so I could work it without really knowing anything about how to keep a server. =P

Soon I got my friend Ktiraam and Shuji excited, planning a new multiartist Finnish gay-erotic art site. Something that has never happened before. We brainstormed about the name and in a meeting at our anime/manga union Bakanat, we came up with the name haikii. it was settled. I bought the domain name and we set up the site, all thanks to Windi, who helped me make the extra accounts. haikii.org was born.

And now the story of haikii.org comes to an end. =( A sad time this is. But also, this is the third site I've had. So I doubt very much it will be the last one. But right now it is impossible to keep the site up. So here we are, refugee here, to this blog, that will act as our home from now on. I am already starting to feel at home, though there is so much to do! I don't want anything to get lost, so there will be a lot of copy-pasteing, lot of designing, lot of rearranging and lot of work. But after that is done, I hope this blog will prosper once again. ♥

History of the story itself as in How it all started
I started to write the "Pain and Pleasure" story in the spring of 2004. I had been rp'ing at lavenderEyes with a new character called Sajore (a vampire) for a very prief time but the rp ended for me before it even got started. I was already in love with the character so much, that I didn't want him to die, so I started to write my own story for him. Soon he fell in love. The rp was based in Menzoberranzan so it was pretty obvious he would fall in love with a drow if he would with anyone. It was a surprise for me too, when he slowly introduced the man he was in love with, how much I would get attached to these two. I can not help but to love both of them and keep on drawing and writing about them.
There are a lot of themes in Pain and Pleasure, which include many that are adult.

The characters:
Name: Sajore
Race: Vampire
Age: very old, about 3000 years old

Eye colour: Orange (yellow when Armaros is out)
Personality: Annoying, bad tempered, black sense of humor, loving towards Xir'ag.
Family: has a sister Shaya who was born as an elf. Sajore hates his father and killed his mother when he was young.
Other: He has a demon called Armaros trapped inside his body. Armaros breaks out when ever Sajore is hungry, angry or horny. It might be called splitted personality because thats how it seems to outsiders.

Personality: happy, helpful, nice, kind, too trusting, serious and calm

Race: Incubus/demon
Age: About 300 years
Height: 177 cm
Hair: Black/red

Personality: doubtful, quiet, horny, flirty when he trusts people, angsty

The haikii.org site is closing due maintaining costs. And because of that, I made this new blog. I will be using this as I used my Pain and Pleasure site - posting new images (the mature ones especially) and if I write more of my stories - any of them, I will post the new chapters, or the links to them, here. =)

This is going to get some getting used to. And this whole thing is so new to me, that it's gonna take a while before this blog looks the way I want it to look. But maybe this change will inspire me to post more. I know I've been way too quiet on the Pain and pleasure frontier. ;D
